BAKED JAMBALAYA
You may be a Cajun
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Package (24 oz) of Frozen Shrimp (make sure it is NOT cooked) 
- 1 Package (12 oz) Andouille Sausage 
- 1 Can French Onion Soup 
- 1 Can Beef Consume 
- 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes 
- 1 Stick of butter melted 
- 4 Bay leaves 
- 1 ½ cup Converter Rice (Parboiled) 
- 5 Green Onions (sliced) 
- Fresh Parsley (chopped) 
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice Andouille sausage. Thaw and peel your frozen shrimp. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients above except the parsley. Pour into a 9 by 13 glass dish. Sprinkle with parsley.
Wrap tightly in foil and bake at 375 for 1 hour. Then take the foil off and bake for another 30 minutes.
Serve with a salad and fresh garlic bread!
