You may be a Cajun
1 Package (24 oz) of Frozen Shrimp (make sure it is NOT cooked)
1 Package (12 oz) Andouille Sausage
1 Can French Onion Soup
1 Can Beef Consume
1 Can Rotel Tomatoes
1 Stick of butter melted
4 Bay leaves
1 ½ cup Converter Rice (Parboiled)
5 Green Onions (sliced)
Fresh Parsley (chopped)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice Andouille sausage. Thaw and peel your frozen shrimp. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients above except the parsley. Pour into a 9 by 13 glass dish. Sprinkle with parsley.
Wrap tightly in foil and bake at 375 for 1 hour. Then take the foil off and bake for another 30 minutes.
Serve with a salad and fresh garlic bread!
